Ordering and Delivery

When will my wholesale account be approved?

Please allow up to one week for a response on your account status. If your wholesale application meets our account requirements; you will recieve an email stating your approval. During times when we aren't accepting new accounts, please refer to the timeline shown on our registration page. If you have further questions about getting an account approved, email us at info@emberbodyjewelry.com

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@emberbodyjewelry.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@emberbodyjewelry.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If not cancelled before processing occurs; your order will be shipped and will not be eligible for returns, only repair / replacement as stated under our lifetime warranty.

Can I track my order?

Yup! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Jewelry

Are your pieces safe to wear for initial piercings?

Yes! All of our designs are cast in Solid 14K Gold and have a Steel pin, which are free of Lead and Nickel. Additionally, we only use non-toxic polishing compounds and ensure a thorough steam cleaning prior to shipping. If you are interested in metal certificates click here.

Does Ember follow any material standards?

Yes; we are complaint with APP's quality and safety standards.

Are the pins soldered or welded into place?

For the strongest pin and connection, we use steel pins which are work hardened and countersunk into place, then soldered.

Do you offer customization of your jewelry?

At this time we do not offer customization to our pieces, but are always open to suggestions for upcoming designs! If you would like to possibly create a design with us; you can share your sketches to info@emberbodyjewelry.com

Is your White Gold Rhodium Plated?

White gold on its own has a soft champagne hue to it. To make our pieces as white of a tone as possible, we rhodium plate all our white gold jewelry (which is basically industry standard at this point).

Where is Ember Jewelry made?

Although we are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, we proudly produce our jewelry in collaboration with a team of jewelers located in Hong Kong. All of our design, quality control, and fulfillment processes take place in Nevada, USA.

Why do you ship your jewelry with silicone pin protectors?

We ship out all of our threadless ends with pin protectors for a few reasons! Most importantly we install these to protect the integrity and polish of the pins themselves. It is part of our Q.C. process! Once a piece is fully inspected, we install a pin protector which not only acts as a "seal of approval", but gives us peace of mind that your jewelry will arrive in the same condition it was shipped out as.
